Shipping & Returns

Our shipping is FAST and REASONABLE. 

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders or orders that are temporarily out-of-stock may be slightly delayed, but we will always contact you if a product is delayed and give you an opportunity to wait or cancel the item. Our standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days. All orders ship from one of our warehouses in the United States. If you create an account, you'll get a tracking number, and we'll monitor your shipment until you are satisfied. All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or a regular USPS Priority box with a discreet label. Your label will either show UR LLC, XR LLC, or ETC LLC, as the return address.

Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon; second business day delivery to Europe and Latin America; delivery within two or three business days to Asia. What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to many countries including United States (including APO addresses), Canada, Great Britain, Italy, and Norway. If you want us to ship to you in another country, please let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Note: some products cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States. In this case, they will be noted in the item description. Herbal products cannot be shipped outside of the United States at this time.

Why can't you ship to my country?
We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma (Myanmar), Congo, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela. Countries on the list are there because, in our experience, orders shipped to those countries have been confiscated by customs and are not delivered to the client or returned to our facility. The "Do Not Ship" list is subject to change at any time.

How are orders shipped to International locations?
You can typically select the carrier that you would like on checkout. All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless we are shipping to a PO Box or an APO address — these will ship via USPS.

Are duty fees included in the shipping price?
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

How will the items be declared in customs?

We will declare the actual product value to customs, but name declarations are assigned per the following:

Masturbation sleeves = gel sleeves
Lubricant = water based liquid
Vibrators = massagers
C-rings = typically "leather bands" or "metal napkin rings"
Ask us if you have specific items and want to know how they will be listed on the declarations form.

Can you ship my item as a "gift" for International shipments to avoid customs and duty fees?
We're sorry, but this practice could put us in a legal quandry and as such, requests to mark "gift" on customs forms will not be honored.
