When my fiance and I received the product we ordered it was the wrong color and style, which was disappointing because we needed for the weekend. However, the gentleman that packaged it searched for a way to overnight the product to us. When he couldn't find a reasonable option, he called us back and allowed us to keep the product that we received in addition to sending out the correct item. Very friendly, customer oriented company and we certainly be ordering from them again!
